BANKDENS Automotive is an operating company of BANKDENS Group LLC. We help dealers read their dealer, market and vehicle data, keep vehicle and offer content accurate, and carry the resulting next steps into day-to-day work with AI-enabled workflows and tools.
Operating model
Data first, then the next step.
Most dealership questions start with data: where a vehicle is priced against the market, how inventory is moving, and whether listings and offers say what they should. We start there, and make each finding specific enough to act on.
AI-enabled workflows and tools then help move approved actions forward, with people in control. Data sources, integrations and scope are decided per engagement, in writing.
Our work is proven in the open. Club Manual, our manual transmission marketplace, is built on normalized vehicle data and is the current example.
Delivery accountability
Who scopes it, who builds it, who supports it.
Scoping
A single named point of contact runs scoping with you and stays on the project. The output is a written scope: deliverables, what is excluded, the systems and permissions required, and the price for each phase.
Building
Delivery is handled by a small senior team using AI-assisted tooling, not handed to a rotating bench. You see working software during the build rather than at the end.
Support
Support terms are agreed before launch: what is monitored, how issues reach us, response expectations, and how future changes are priced. Vendor-side outages and third-party fee changes remain with those vendors, and we say so up front.
Ownership
You own the software we build for you, your data and your content, and you can take them with you.
